Stéphanie's winning design, “Hanami,” inspired by her love for cherry blossoms (sakura), captures the essence of life's cyclical nature through intertwined rings and scattered blossoms. Her fascination with sakura began during trips to Japan, where she was captivated by their beauty and cultural significance. Despite her self-confessed lack of drawing skills, Stephanie’s determination led her to create this bead for the People’s Bead competition. An accountant by profession, she finds joy in simple pleasures like family walks and bead collecting, with the “Kimono Kit” being a personal favorite. “Hanami” reflects her passion and artistic vision, adding to the Trollbeads story.
