Terrible delivery

The bead itself is brilliant and deserves 5 stars. It faithfully captures the colour of Champagne and the tiny 'mousse' bubbles you get when champagne is poured in to the glass. However the same cannot be said for the delivery 'experience'!! All went well until DPD intervened - 'we have your parcel, it's on its way to you' - then 'a problem' followed by a deathly hush. Even an email to Trollbeads Customer service didn't elicit a reply - and no phone number to call either - just contact by email - not good. Finally with no reason for the delay the bead arrived - so much for 'express' delivery!! Hence only two stars and on reflection I think that is a bit generous!!!!!
