Silver is a supple metal that is softer than gold. Silver can be polished to a mirror-like shine. The characteristic lightness of the colour is due to the metal’s very effective light-reflecting properties. Trollbeads are produced in Sterling silver, consisting of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, primarily copper. Therefore, all Trollbeads silver beads are stamped with the hallmark “LAA 925s”.

This is the first bangle I’ve owned, as I love the foxtail bracelets and the leather bracelets, but I decided to finally try a bangle. I love it, it’s very lightweight, and it’s allowed me to use some of the beads I own that don’t go with anything else, although I have found a few of the spacers don’t grip enough to feel secure such as beehive and the bee, so pick your spacers carefully. I have a 15cm wrist and I got XS, I could have gone smaller but I like the bangle being able to move around

The Star Bangle is something that I have coveted for a couple of years now. It is absolutely gorgeous! I love the detailing and oxidisation. When I finally received one of my own, I was thrilled. It is just so pretty. Sadly though, it just didn’t feel right on my wrist 😭 I think I am too used to the feel of the flexible Trollbeads Bracelet. It’s gorgeous! It really is, but I just didn’t like the feel.

I have several of the plain silver bangles but wanted something a bit different. The grooves add a a lovely detail. The bangle is very oxidised but I have polished it to brighten it up a bit. A good weight bangle

This soon to be retired (I believe) bangle is a great addition to my collection. I would wear beads on a plain silver bangle and wear this Star Bangle without beads on. They all go so well together!
