Introducing the 2024 People's Bead: Hanami Bead - a stunning tribute to the cherished Japanese tradition of Hanami, where nature's fleeting beauty is embraced and celebrated. Crafted from Sterling silver, this bead captures the essence of cherry blossoms in full bloom, with intricate detailing that reflects the elegance and serenity of the petals as they dance in the breeze.

This bead is suitable for bracelets, bangles, and necklaces. 

Crafted with precision from high-quality 925 Sterling Silver, we use a 3,000-year-old technique called ‘cire perdu’ or ‘lost wax’ which allows for finer details to be displayed. Each bead then goes through an oxidization process to create contrast effects and to give them character. Finally, each bead is hand-polished.
