Crafted with precision from high-quality 925 Sterling Silver, we use a 3,000-year-old technique called ‘cire perdu’ or ‘lost wax’ which allows for finer details to be displayed. Each bead then goes through an oxidization process to create contrast effects and to give them character. Finally, each bead is hand-polished.

Quantity

The Dice bead is really cute and fun. It ties in beautifully with the retired Chat bead (I love how they can land on any side, for a different look). However, it is a very small bead - surprisingly small! Dice measures at roughly 6.5mm across each side. I wish the new Trollbeads website gave the details of size and weight for each bead, as it would really help to know what to expect when ordering. Dice is very well made: the edges are rounded, for comfort and the oxidised numbers are clear and cute. I’m glad I bought two of them, however I would have preferred to know how small they were before I purchased them.
