Trollbeads Club Membership 2024

Trollbeads Club is a members-only club that gives exclusive access to: 

• Locked pages on the trollbeads.co.uk website.
• Limited-edition Country Beads. Without membership, you only purchase your country-specific bead (Diamond Bead, Scarlet).
• Rare Treasures. These are hard-to-come-by or museum pieces that we've suddenly uncovered, which will only be made available to club members.
• Exclusive member offers & promotions.
• A welcome package containing the Trollbeads Club bead. When you join the club, you will receive the package and Club Bead for FREE!  

Yes. Once you have purchased the membership it is assigned to your account and you will need to be logged in to your account to access the "locked" pages.

• £50 for a one-year membership (January until December).

You purchase a membership just like you would any product on our website. Once purchased, you will receive an email with details on how to access the "locked" areas of the website. Shortly after, you should receive your welcome package between 1-3 working days (depending on region).

You can purchase the membership in person at Trollbeads London, where you will get to walk away with the welcome package that day!

You should receive your package within 1-3 working days. In some cases, it may take up to 14 days before your package arrives (depending on the accessibility of your region).

If you purchase in-store at Trollbeads London, you will walk away with the welcome package that day.

Membership renewal is not automatic. You will receive an email shortly before the new year to purchase the new membership.

You can recover your password by clicking "Login" and then "Forgot your password?” Follow the procedure indicated to recover your account.

Rare Treasures are museum pieces or hugely limited stock of designs that are made available exclusively to club members. Sometimes you may find whole bracelets with a unique club price or other ready-to-wear pieces handpicked by us. We will always inform you when these become available and are exclusively for members.

Only one membership (which includes the Club bead) can be purchased each year. However, you are free to purchase as many Country Beads or Rare Treasures as you wish.

These special beads can only be purchased online at www.trollbeads.co.uk exclusively for members.

Because the Club is attached to customers' accounts, you are unable to purchase on their behalf. However, we suggest you purchase a £50 Trollbeads Gift card which they can redeem on a membership.

You will be sent communication from the Trollbeads Club newsletter, which will always be sent from the following email address: trollbeadsclub@trollbeads.co.uk

The Trollbeads Club Membership 2024 is for the calendar year and can be purchased any day within that year. For instance, if a customer were to purchase the membership in September, they would still be charged the full amount, and it would still expire on the 31st December.
