The bead itself is brilliant and deserves 5 stars. It faithfully captures the colour of Champagne and the tiny 'mousse' bubbles you get when champagne is poured in to the glass. However the same cannot be said for the delivery 'experience'!! All went well until DPD intervened - 'we have your parcel, it's on its way to you' - then 'a problem' followed by a deathly hush. Even an email to Trollbeads Customer service didn't elicit a reply - and no phone number to call either - just contact by email - not good. Finally with no reason for the delay the bead arrived - so much for 'express' delivery!! Hence only two stars and on reflection I think that is a bit generous!!!!!

I bought this one online as due to my cancer I wasn't up to getting 2 tube trains to shop in person saying that the bead is not like the one in the photograph hardly any bubbles at all and very spaced apart . My very first disappointment but I'm guessing I will have to travel up to Islington in future sorry

This is a lovely exquisite looking bead. It's very classy. I have a bracelet of Trollbeads solely made up of gold and black beads to wear when going out somewhere nice. This is another great addition to that bracelet and is going to blend so well with my black beads with the gold leaf inside.
